Sign-in and access
| Problem | Solution |

| Cannot join class | Sign in first; verify class code; confirm class is not completed |
| Invite link does not work | Ask admin to resend; complete signup with ticket on mobile educator path if applicable |
| Wrong dashboard (teacher vs student) | Use correct signup type or org role; contact support for role correction |
| After login, unexpected page | See Sign in and accounts redirect table |
Assignments
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Stuck on "Evaluating" | Wait several minutes; refresh; check assignment still published |
| Student cannot see grade | Teacher may have enabled hide grade or hide evaluation in oral settings |
| Legacy assignment won't edit | Create a new oral assignment; keep old one for historical submissions |
| Share link does not open assignment | Student must be enrolled; link may require sign-in |
Organization
| Problem | Solution |

| No courses on home | Org admin must create course or grant access |
| Cannot delete class | Need owner permissions — contact class creator |
| Minute limit warning | Purchase more minutes or upgrade plan before due dates |
Canvas LTI

| Platform not registered | Match issuer and client ID in Integrations |
| Launch opens wrong class | Re-register platform from correct class |
| Email missing error | Increase email visibility in Canvas tool privacy |

Calendar / meeting recording (teachers)
If a calendar bot cannot join because Microsoft renamed your email (e.g. Outlook alias), the meeting organizer email must match attendees. Adding your own email may be removed automatically by Microsoft — use the account Canvas or IT expects.
