Schools and teams
Schools use Coraltalk organizations to group teachers, manage billing centrally, and apply policies like video retention.
Create a school organization
During signup, choose to represent a school and complete the organization creation flow. The creator typically becomes an administrator.

Team sidebar (admins)
Organization navigation commonly includes:
| Item | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Team | Invite and manage members |
| Billing & Subscriptions | Org plan and payment |
| Usage | Aggregate consumption |
| Integrations | Org-wide Canvas and tools |
| Organization settings | Name, level, retention |
| Referrals | Referral program where enabled |
Teachers see a subset based on role.
Invitations
Admins invite colleagues from Team. Invitees follow the ticket-based login flow described in Sign in and accounts.
New org teachers land on home — not automatic syllabus — and create courses/classes appropriate to your structure.
Courses at scale
Admins may create the course catalog; teachers create classes within assigned courses. Deleting a course is destructive — all nested classes and data are removed.
Video retention policy
In Organization settings, admins configure automatic deletion of submission videos (roleplay, vid tickets, oral assessments) after N days, or disable deletion.
Transcripts, grades, and non-video submission data are retained as described in the settings UI.
